Beth Moore's book Get Out of that Pit is amazing! I did not even realize some of the pits that I am in! I am determined to set my mind on things above, set my face like a flint, make up my mind beforehand to be whoever it is God wants me to be. I rest in you, Lord. You are my maker. You are my director. Help me especially be the mom of my 4 girls you are calling me to be. I pray for each of them and ask for your direction upon their lives, your hand upon their hearts. Guide and direct them. Help them to desire godliness and not worldliness. Help me to shape their hearts as much as I am able. Help me to be an example and not a hinderance. I delight in you, Lord.
